Yes — every feature in Weddingkart is available for free with no credit card required. You can create a wedding, add guests, set up RSVPs, and explore all the tools. The only limitation in the free version is that you cannot send messages to more than 3 guests at a time. Upgrading to a paid plan removes this limit and lets you broadcast to your entire guest list at once.
No. Guests receive everything directly on WhatsApp — invites, RSVP requests, travel details, and reminders. There is nothing to install, no link to open, and no account to create. WhatsApp is the only app they need.
Weddingkart is built on the official WhatsApp Business API. This means messages are sent through a verified business channel, not a personal number. Guests see a named sender ("Wedding Invite"), and you get high deliverability with no risk of bans.
The 3-message limit is removed immediately. You can send messages to your entire guest list at once, with no restrictions on bulk sending. Everything else stays exactly the same — your wedding, guests, and settings are all preserved.

Guests receive a WhatsApp message with reply buttons (e.g. "Attending — 1 Person", "Attending — 2 Persons", "Unable to Attend"). They tap once and their response is recorded instantly. No form, no link, no friction.
Yes. Guests can reply with attachments directly in the WhatsApp chat. Our AI automatically extracts arrival and departure details from travel tickets so the event manager never has to open each file manually.
No — there is no limit on the number of guests you can add. The plans differ in the number of WhatsApp messages included (1,000 for Basic, 4,500 for Standard), but the guest list itself is unlimited.
No fixed subscription — you pay per wedding, not per month. You can create a wedding event up to 6 months before the wedding date. The wedding is marked as live during the event period, and remains active for 10 days after the wedding date. After that 10-day window, the event is archived and you will no longer be able to send messages to guests for that wedding.
Yes. All guest information — including RSVP responses, travel details, and group tags — can be exported to Excel or Google Sheets at any time. Your data is always accessible and portable.
